Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ThatGasMan platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all buyers, logistics riders, and merchant gas plants.

Using ThatGasMan means you agree to abide by our platform guidelines and safety rules.
Customer Obligations & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their cylinders are in good, non-leaking physical condition. If a delivery rider determines that a customer's cylinder is unsafe or has bypassed standard compliance seals, they reserve the right to decline refilling and suggest replacement solutions.
In Plain English
Your gas cylinders must be clean and free of leaks. Riders will reject cylinders that fail simple safety checks to avoid hazard.
Vendor Compliance Requirements
Vendors must maintain valid CAC registrations and DPR/NMDPRA licenses. Any station found selling contaminated gas or manipulating weighing scales will be suspended from the platform immediately.
In Plain English
Merchant plants must list real prices, maintain active fire licenses, and calibrate scales correctly. Violators will be banned.
